Dear Parents and Students:
Thank you for your support of Dove Schools. Due to the limited space for the upcoming school year, we ask each parent/guardian to fill out this form completely. This form is designed for currently enrolled students to update their information and determine whether they are returning for the 2023-2024 academic year to Dove Schools. The due date to turn in this form is Monday, January 31, 2023. If the form is received unsigned, incomplete, or after the closing date, this may affect the student's enrollment status for the next school year.
